ABOUT ME

Kaleigh is based in Atlanta, Georgia. She is an iEQ9 Accredited Practitioner and Certified Consultant. Kaleigh has completed trainings with Integrative 9 (iEQ9) and the Narrative Enneagram. Prior to these certifications, she earned a Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling which laid the foundation for a passion to see teams and individuals thrive in business and their personal lives.

Prior to launching her business, Kaleigh was the Executive Director of a trauma-informed counseling center in Atlanta for four years. She also served for two years as the Project Manager for a $2.5M Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration federal grant focused on increasing behavioral health services to marginalized communities in metro Atlanta.

Based on her experience in these roles and work with various organizations, she found the need to equip leadership and departmental management teams with useful knowledge on how to motivate their employees, appeal to their consumer and client’s needs, and create operational and financial flow in an intentional way. This creates a healthier work environment, boosts company culture, assists in retaining great employees, and finding spaces where struggling employees can thrive. The business or organization is then able to improve profitability, sustainability, and connection with their employees, consumers, clients, and network.
