While many consultants focus primarily on the company’s or organization’s efficiency, I focus my energy on ensuring that teams and departments are equipped operationally and play to the strengths of all team members. So I assist in making sure you are able to retain the people who are passionate, healthy, and excited about the work being carried out while maintaining efficient operations, scaling the business model, and creating budgets and financial systems for success.
